Message	if you have your paypal linked to your credit card, forget paypal...contact your credit card company and they will handle it, you should get your money back fairly easily... but if you have your debit card (bank account) hooked up to paypal, it may be more difficult to get a refund...you have to go through the claim process and if the vendor still doesnt cooperate, you may just lose your money...
